I'm going to try this with larger scans at a higher dpi.

 

Pages are more white than OW-W.

Inside covers are lovely too.

I am not sure how CGC treats the cumulative length of creases (you have one at the top and one below), but I would guess no higher than a 5.0.

Considering the multiple color breaking creases on the right hand corners, I think it's a 5.0 at best, and more likely a 4.5. Great clean book with nice color.
