The Toy Biz/Marvel Legend Variant 301 is a tough book in high grade.

 

Does the census break out this book separately? Over the years I have only found one or two copies in NM/

The one I bought on the boards here was a slabbed 9.6 that I cracked in order to submit it to the McFarlane Signature Series event. When I opened it, the back cover had two color breaking "dings" where the staples pressed against it and a couple other color-breaking spine tics. Is this something that CGC might have done during encapsulation or are they just that lenient on this book? Thanks, I'll hang up and listen now.
