Question about time payment deals

24 posts in this topic

It's all about trust. I had a seller send me a 6k book and tell me to send him the money when I received it, since he was going out of town and didn't want to hold up shipping it. It's really about trust here. There is no PP disputes when you send a check so you really have to know who you are dealing with.

just curious, in your experience what was the longer time period you agreed (as a buyer) for a book (i won't ask for it's price, but feel free to give it as a reference).

As a seller, which would be the longer time period you would accept for a book to be paied off?

regards

I don't remember when I first noticed this on paypal, but once bill me later merged with paypal and allowed all paypal payments to be paid via bill me later, everything I purchase over 100 essentially becomes a time payment. The term is 6 months
