it is collectible to some, as an example when I was trying to complete my marvel value stamp collection I would have bought the book. Maybe would have paid as much as 10 bucks for it.

There are only a few reprint books with a MVS stamp in them (due to no letter's page), and I didn't remember this one having a Hulk MVS.

Are you sure it wasn't just the generic ad with the Hulk mock-up?

What do you think?...is this just a generic ad?

Like Joe said, that's the mock-up showing what a Marvel Value Stamp would look like.

The actual Marvel Value Stamp for the Hulk was #2 and looked like this:

I understand that this HULK 5 is... "not a part of either series A or Series B Value

Stamps, that this number HULK Stamp appeared on the "Bullpen Page" in issues

with a cover month/date of March 1974"*...but as it was not part of any set and then

not clipped, my original question was "...is this something (considered) collectible?"

(*Marvel Value Stamps, The Unofficial Index)

What is collectible to some is not collectible to others. (shrug)

Are you asking if there is some sort of premium placed on this particular issue? Is there unusually high demand? I would say no to both.

Yep, and it was in every single Marvel comic of the time.
