Nicely presenting book, but with that stain going through the whole thing like that I can't see it getting higher than a 5.5-6.0...even with a press.

5.0-5.5. The stain in the upper right back corner does it. But nice presenting in the front for sure

I'm not so sure that CGC would be so harsh on this book even with that stain. It presents very well and a lot better than the 6.5 that I think it would get at CGC, and with a press I think maybe 7.0 IMHO!
