Dissent and open criticism on the boards have taken a hit from every thread being deleted, that dared to find fault with the new case. Maybe we should provide ideas for CGC?

What is with all the war cries for grader notes? If you don't like the grade or wonder why you received a 9.2/9.4 instead of a 9.8, look over the book better before you send it in ?

CGC can get better by removing the $5 invoice fee. Serves no purpose other than more $ out of pocket.

Mistakes happen. It would have been nice if CGC had done a little more R&D on that case before rolling it out, but what's done is done.

 

What they really need going forward is complete transparency on the issue, and better public relations. Don't make things appear as if you're trying to hide something. Be up front about it, reassure everyone it's getting fixed, let people air their grievances, and address them.

didn't read the first 28 pages. did anyone suggest a new case that intensifies the newton rings and revs up the creep engine?
