Here's another book from the collection I picked up recently.

The spine is weak but intact. There is a tear on 2 pages.

What do you think?

It has tell tale signs of either a subscription crease (which I don't think it is) or a young boy who folded this book and stuck it in his back pocket before hopping on his bike to the nearest field where he could catch up on the adventures of Superboy on a warm summer day nestled next to a rock where he could daydream his day away!

The book has great eye appeal. I just know cgc would slam it for spine weakness.

I guess I tend to be more lenient when it comes to grading, but the covers look in pretty decent order. I've submitted books that were beat down worse than that and received a 4.0...so that's what I'm going with 4.0. Nice picture you painted there...the only thing you left out was the baseball mit on the handle bars.

I'm going 4.0 as well. Seems to fit well into that category IMHO...
