Unused Steve Ditko ASM # 35 cover

Don't think I've seen this before, so have no idea if it's the genuine (pre-Kirby-altered) thing.

 

Anyone know if this was used in any publication (perhaps a reprint edition of the Ditko strips)?

The image here matches the published cover buy for the angle of the Spidey figure, looks they wanted less Spider-butt and more Spider-profile.

Yeah, its real, used on Spanish or Italian reprints IIRC; there was a big discussion on it someplace or other...
