That corner is a killer and the green stuff on the back cover? It's not distributor's overspray. But what's it doing there?

Messy distributor ink (looks like it was laid on heavy and made its way between books). This shouldn't matter for the grade.

Stains (mold?) on the corner damage. Looks like it may go through the whole book.

I'd say 1.8-2.0

No higher than 2.0 IMHO

Dammit, I got a little excited and snatched it up at the con but the Dealer had it as a VG. I got him to knock 10% off but I screwed up. I think I got hosed.

 

I thought it was a little rough for a VG, should have trusted my instinct.

 

Lesson learned, buy the book, not the grade. The other dealers had VG that were priced like Fines though so that might have been what threw me off.
