PGM IF 14 staining

Hi, thanks in advance, please tell me how bad the staining on the back cover affects this grade.

7.0-7.5 I would think. There's several color breaking creases near the spine and what looks like a crease just below the cca stamp. Corners have slight wear. Does the upper back cover lay flat? I couldn't make out any waves from the scan.

6.5 IMHO! But this is anybody's guess as CGC seems inconsistent on grading books with stains. I would give this book 8.0 without the stain.
