PGM ASM #692 campbell variant. 9.8 worthy or not?

Was thinking to buy this off the bay. Will this comic has a good chance hitting 9.8 grade? Any opinions would be appreciated, thanks!

Tough to tell from the picture. Looks like 1 possible spine tick above Stan's head and one other from the back cover. Looks to be a solid NM+ 9.6

 

If corners are square, no indentations and there are 2 minor spine stresses that don't break color you may get away with a 9.8 you will need to determine.

9.6 IMHO! Tough to call given the size of the scans and the white back cover. Nice looking copy regardless!
