Ok, so gems' offer was taken, pretty quickly, by Chip who'd just finished saying he wasn't participating because he had nothing "decent" to offer back , in turn he offered a book that was simultaneously being sold, overgraded, on feebay even though he had an more accurate grade to said book including opinions from the spare a grade thread?

Yes, but he totally brought this one on himself. He said that he didn't have anything worthy to offer one post before then had no problem claiming $150 as soon as it was offered. To my knowledge (and I am usually wrong in this thread), there is no rule that says you can not offer something that is for sale somewhere else. No rules broken there. I would say that if you are going to offer something for sale somewhere else, it should be described the same. Whether something is a 4.0 or a 5.5, it should be the same in both places, otherwise it looks a bit shady.
