6.0 IMHO! I myself would treat it as a tear or stain for comparison sake. The book appears to be in nice shape but the tape pull will bring it down in my opinion similar to stain. I would guess 7.5 before the tape pull = 6.0 with the tape pull. If you can overlook the obvious it's still an incredible book!
