Definitely a reader but curious the views on grade.

 

Pages are OW consistently, no tears.

 

Staples are tight at FC and BC.

What is going on, on the FC by spidey's elbow? Is that a stain? If so, I'm at 5.0/5.5

I'd go with a 4.0.

 

Also... has someone filled in some of the open space in some of the letters? For instance, in the line that begins with 'At last' it appears as if the R and A's have had their gaps filled in. Would this be considered color touch?

 

If it was done, I doubt it was done with the intention to improve.

Thanks for the grades - not to push down the opinions - but how does the surface creasing in spidey's back in primary cover art impact grade? I don't mind it as much as the mis wrap ...

4.0 for me. Way to much color scuffing on the F.C. plus the top and bottom corner creases. Just too many defects for me to say 4.5.
