I think it's fair to say NM 98 9.8 is about a 450 dollar book.... Rest of difference in cash, that's a good starting point for negotiations

I think this is a very fair price for this book! Once I reslab it, it will sell for 900.00

If it was a Fantastic Four #1 and I had a NM #98 slabbed I would have had not even the slightest doubt about the right thing to do!

Well, if one is lucky he can get a FF#1 for slightly above this price, only thing is people is keeping their lowgrade #1s, and very understandable.
