Hopefully the pics are clear enough. Tthere is a small tear somewhere around Cap's head where the staple got pushed through a little. There is also a slight tear on Charlie-27's knee. And of course, the creased corners, and tear on the top of the spine. Thanks in advance.

 

Forgot I had a scanner on my printer.

 

And I don't know why they are upside down. I have attempted to fix that on photobucket several times and nothing works....

accumilation of defects but biggest detractor is the long crease IMO... If I were you I would buy the overstreet grading guide it has a great starting point...

3.0 IMHO... maybe 3.5 in hand?

 

+1 multiple color breaking creases and a spine split. Leaning a bit towards 3.5 as 3.0s often look a little more more beat.
