The Spirit sketch is all wrong. It's nowhere close to anything Eisner drew.

 

The seller is careful with his wording. He avoids saying that it's either drawn or signed by Eisner. He simply says that it's a drawing of Eisner's Spirit (which it is, but not by Eisner), and that it's signed and autographed (which it is, but not by Eisner).

 

The same applies to the Neal Adams sketch. It's a sketch of "Neil Adams original Batman", but it doesn't say it's a sketch BY Neal (or Neil... or Kneel) Adams.
