Great pick up. Love the Joe Kubert Covers. He was a workhorse for DC.

G.I. JOE REAL AMERICAN HERO # 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 - FRENCH/CANADIAN- ALL FOR $125

 

This set averages out to VF-/VF due to a variety of detractors some of which include corner blunts, some big and some small, spine ticking, edge wear and overall basic wear. Please take the time to look at the back cover scans as this is where most of the defects can be seen more clearly.

 

One thing that should be noted is that each copy has some sort of light adhesive on the lower left UPC logo box. I found this due to the fact that the book ever so lightly was stuck to the bag inside... and I mean lightly... so whatever this adhesive was from (I'm assuming some sort of foreign price sticker or ID label) it really hasn't detracted from the appearance of the book. Can it be removed? Probably, but I will save that for you conservationists out there who care about that sort of thing.

 

Not the easiest set to put together... unless you were in Canada in the early 80's I guess
