Can you kind folks take a look at another Avengers #4 for me?

My main concerns are the "tape pull" on the back of the book, crease across the top right cover and the color smudge on the "A" in Captain.

 

EBayer claims F/F+ for $999.99

Tape pull and the crease on the upper right front cover corner keep it below fine. 5.0/5.5 IMO.

Is that 'just' a tape pull on the back cover, or a hole through it?

He told me "tape pull"...but upon closer inspection...it does look like you can see a page behind it. I asked him for more pics.

 

**EDIT** Seller just replied and said there is a "small half inch hole"

4.5 Staining, tape pulls, huge crease, hole... Way too much for a fine.

With the hole, the long crease, staple tears and the stain, there's a lot going on despite the nice eye appeal. I'd guess 4.0 at absolute best.

I'm with the group VG.I don't keep up to much on price on these,but 1K seems a bit high. 6 or 7 Benjamins is about right,thoughts anyone?
