I've seen 7.5's with more corner wear and pre-Marvel chipping. That's a little harsh IMO.

8.0 Spine has a bit much going on for me to go higher. Great looking book OP.

VF+ all the way, despite the minor wear on spine. Great copy, I’d love to have one in such grade!

I'm going 8.0 because of what looks like some bottom edge wear, the dog ear on the lower right front cover and the general spine wear.

I also did put 8.0 in there as well cause you never know with cgc

From what I can see I'd say at least an 8.5 but a 9.0 would not surprise me in the least.

Will need to press first then will send to CGC to be graded. I do have a CGC 8.0 copy, and to me this copy has better eye appeal. Oh and I bought this book just last week.

It is so nice as is, why put it under pressure?

 

Sell it as a potential 9.0 for a huge price or keep it and sell the slabbed copy…

Yes there are some pressable defects on front and back. It would look nicer if pressed
