Thrilled that you're coming down Red. This will indeed be a good show for all. It looks like we're shaping up for Virgil's at 1 PM.

DMac

Bleekerbob?

And anyone else who wants to join us...

I presume I'll be able to talk delekkersette (Gene) into coming as well, and will work on trying to get Bronzebruce to come up as well. I've even offered to chaffeur the godfather up!

Let's try and get a final list by Thursday!

I'm pumped for another Virgil's!! Should be a blast.

Looking forwad to seeing everyone again and meeting some of the new guys- the national seems like it was ages ago!

Yeah, you'll see some high grade. It will be priced accordingly though. I mean, Metro will have TONS of slabbed high grade. Bob Storms will have high grade. Ted VanLiew will have high grade. So will Harley and Motor City (although prices will be through the roof for those guys). Nonetheless, you will find plenty to look at if you haven't been to a Big apple ever.

The hosting of the Big Apple show by the Church ended last year, Mike moved to the Pennsylvania Pavilion in the hope of providing us with some airconditioning and bigger space during the summer months.

All of the Big dealers attended the church show, they have always supported Mike's shows.

Generally, there's some sort of porn stars at these things. Personally, I think it's sort of a bad mix. There's nothing wrong with Playboy models, but at a venue that's primarily supposed to attract children, their placing of them just seems inappropriate.

I will be making reservations for Virgil's tomorrow:

The plan is still lunch at One PM on Saturday, January 22, 2005. Let's all gather at the CGC booth then. I know Gene (delekkersette) is coming, but he may meet us at the resturaunt...

Here's who I've got so far:

Burntboy

DAM60

Delekkersette

Redhook

BleekerBob

Dmac

Relatively small group. We also might bring Styxno along as well, depending on what the ACTOR booth situation is.

I'm working on Bronzebruce13 to come as well... hopefully, his schedule will allow him to come.

Anyone else, let me know by tomorrow at 3 PM!

That would be McDOUGAL Street. (I used to be a New York cabbie.) Great shop by the way! thumbsup2.gif

I believe that shop was the basis of the Seinfeld episode where Newman and Kramer tried to sell their records. 27_laughing.gif Hilarious episode, especially when the guy comes over the counter to strangle them...
