im debating on getting a hotel near the con itself or by the airport. Prices drop considerably once you leave the downtown area it seems .

It's easy to get to. Save money and stay where prices are cheaper. It's not like Manhattan.

o.k. folks - wow what a busy time at the office, I'm on fumes just writing this...

Who's in for a board dinner?

There are a couple of options for a large count downtown.

But I know we want to keep it cheap and close and easy with good food.

I'm thinking on Saturday @ 8pm (the show closes at 7)

Let me know if you want to make it.

This year, my number one goal is to finish this whole con. NC Con 13 was a first (that I hope to not repeat) - I threw my back out and missed the last day of the show, UGH! I'm glad I wasn't running a booth or I would've been up a creek.

I'm ready and pumped up for this show! I've started a new conditioning routine and I'm confident my old war wounds won't plague me again - being MIA is torture when the show is right in my back yard.

no set up this year brother, I'm leaving that to the big dogs.

I have too much fun buying and trading.

I'll come by to see if you need a break though, I know standing at a booth for 9+ hours can be taxing.
