Rbagging old Omega the Unknowns last night, I ran across the all-time lamest 70s villain:

 

"El Gato," a middle-aged guy in a cape who has preternatural control over stray cats.

Then, there was Phoroptor from Fighting American #5. He had special rose-colored glasses that produced powerful feelings of nostalgia.

That's priceless - I'd seen Egg Fu covers before, but never any dialog - I never knew lockets could be so dangerous. I'm going to have to look for his appearances - he was a Wonder Woman villian right?
