Does writing on the back of a book impact grade

Hi,

 

Having trouble uploading right now. Quick question....does ink writing two letters that are about 35% of the size of the back cover impact the grade? If so, approx. how much? Otherwise the book is in VF condition.

Everything affects the grade. I once looked at a slabbed comic and it went from 9.8 to 9.4.

Alot of scribbles, the grade will drop alot.(1-2)
