This sold at Heritage for much less than I would have thought

Does this price seem low ?

So the hammer price was $13,145. A Twin Cities 9.8 sold in August 2014 for about $2,500 more, and a 9.6 sold in January 2014 for about $4,500 less.

 

Because it's a non-ped and because ASM 10 is one of the few ASMs in the 1 thru 20 run that has virtually no "movie bump" (i.e., no prospect of the Enforcers getting into a movie or TV show), I think it's an OK price.
