Just like Brock said it all depends on what your definition of Important is. Every time I search for Spider-Man Back Issues from Vol.2 these are the Issues I look for that aren't Variants.

#20 Hard for me to Find in High Grade becuase it's a Double Size Issue

#22 Venom Appearance

#25 Holo Foil Cover + Hard for me to Find in High Grade becuase it's a Double Size Issue

#25 Non Holo Foil Cover + Hard for me to Find in High Grade becuase it's a Double Size Issue

#28 Low Print Run + Hard for me to Find

#29 Low Print Run + Hard for me to Find

#36 9/11 Issue + Hard for me to Find in High Grade because it has a Solid Black Cover

#51 Campbell Mary Jane Cover

#52 Also has a Campbell Mary Jane Cover

#500 Also has a Campbell Cover

#529 1st Iron Spider Suit

#568 Part 1 of the Anti Venom Story Arc

#569 1st Appearance of Anti Venom

Those issues are IMPORTANT but I noticed few variants aren't considered as the important issues but HOT like #678 Venom, #667 Gabrielle Dell’otto or #563 Alex Ross Negative. What's about Obama on #583?

Speaking of #36, I have two issues. One has no UPC label. Other has the UPC label. I think the book with the UPC is hard to find.

I for got to add that one to my list as #583 is another one I look for when I look through Spider-Man Back Issues at shops.

The #36 with the UPC Label is the News Stand Version and it is a lot harder to find than the Direct Edition.

There's a few Variants that sell for a lot but chances are you're not going to find them in back issue bins at shops. These 2 Variants also sell pretty good #611 2nd Print it sells for around $30 to $50 and #651 Tron Variant sells for around $70 to $100.

Are you asking most important or most valuable?

First of all, I asked for the most important issues but I decided to add most valuable issues. Can we speak both?

I have the nearly completed Spidey collection from #150 to #700 and I may sell them off one by one.

Also you can tell me what issues are the most important and most valuable in the Copper Comics.

Check it out too.

I already know there are many important and valuable comic books in the copper age/modern age but I have to know what I am missing before I may sell them.

Did that already. Like you and all other folks who have great knowledge so I won't miss out anything before I sell.

if its good, people will find it on eBay

just list them at 99 cents and let 'em fly!

Would I list ASM #700 Ditko Variant at 99 cents? I fear that I would lose my money if it was sold under 400 dollars plus paying eBay/PayPal fee.

I sell poorly on the raw grade copies on eBay even I tighten my grades on them. Selling CGC copies always did well but CGC is now in a snail pace.

Any important or valuable books that I may overlook would be worthy CGC.
