What are the "specials"?

Ok the truth is this. The real reason I'm not in that photo is that I was in the parking lot putting a second coat of wax on Steve's car.

Any more news on this? I've got 10 books I'd like to submit but I'm sure as hell not doing it until I find out whether or not there's a "special"

It's not even worth it. It has to do with submitting books at a convention.

Really?? From the sound of the scoop article there would be multiple specials running in Jan and Feb?? If it's just some con submit thing that would be a very big let down.

From what I say, it was some giveaways at the cons, and a reduced submission price. The problem was the reduction was not as much as the 20% discount from Heritage or Metro that you can use at the cons (not for onsite grading).

 

If there is something different, I would like to know.
