I agree, NM it'll depend on how CGC likes that corner wear at the bottom right of the book.

The ULC has a pretty nasty ding/blunt from a drop while in bag/board?.. impact type accident?

Also that LRC creasing/wear is hard to tell exactly how extensive it is. Does it affect cover only.. no interior pages?

 

Otherwise a stunning copy.
