Iv been speaking to someone at cgc and they said that if I sent it back in it would receive a green label with manufacturers error on it. But as it is now its just a modern label with no notes on it. Would sending it in for the green label raise the value of it? as it would be the highest error variant on the census. at 9.8?

Oh I'm sorry I mis understood this. It should be blue label. If you sent that back in it will come back green with that note. However to keep it in that blue label you wouldn't be able to add the note.

In answer to your question: Yes, a green label stating manufacturing error will be worth more than the blue label with no notes. I would sent it back for the green label.
