Appreciate your assistance on grading this Iron Man 55 (pence variant). Also please let me know how much will this comic book fetch for the graded condition since I'm not sure the value of pence variants.

Pence variants sell for differing amounts. You may have to sit on it for a while to get price equivalent to 12 cent.

 

Last 3.5 pence in 2012 sod for $114.

Last 3.5 12 cent in 2014 sold for $320

Last 4.0 12 cent in 2014 sold for $386

 

 

Yours is ungraded and will sell for less bc of the uncertainty. I think $150 for a quick sale, but you might be able to get close to $386 if graded and you hold out.
