PGM beater X-men 4

I recently sent some higher end books into Joey for pressing, at the same time I sent a small stack of other things along as more of an experiment/learning experience for me as pressing goes. This is one of them, clearly not a good pressing candidate but it lays flat now. Let me know what the consensus is for grade if anyone is so inclined, and bash away nicely- if that's possible.

… without the missing piece I would have said VG-, but with it… no higher than GDVG? The back cover is really pretty ravaged…

Yep, the book is well loved, my guess is its seen the inside of a back pocket or two in its day

I can't go higher than 2.0 That looks like water damage on the back and the missing piece is too large for the consensus grade of 2.5 IMO. I would have said 3.0 if the piece was there.

 

Still a worthy book to own though. (thumbs u
