Yes. He said they told him they stand by their grade.

But they said the same thing about the acetates.  And obviously they didn't stand by those grades.

Just a cracked case but only printed out a UPS ground return label. Previously it was always overnight.

Yep 2 reps now.  

First claimed it could have been a 10 without the issue in the picture.  The exact pictures I’ve shared.  Second rep messaged today that it’s tough to see from the pictures but I could have it reviewed if I ship it back. 
 

basically I feel like I am wasting their time.

At this point I am not sure the best recourse.  They haven’t acknowledged the damage via pictures and if I send it in there is no promise of comp.

They won't acknowledge the damage until you send it in

You have photographic evidence of how it arrived, its clearly damaged

The only way they can be accountable is to make them accountable. They want you to be complacent 

They will take a look, probably say it was damaged in shipping, and send it back. Make sure its all on their dime

Did you find the photos yet?

You said you didn't think the damage was there before you sent it.  But was it?

Does it take you to the users profile registry page when you click on their name?

Sorry search function works, but you can't see profile pages
