I would say 95% of them do.

Bindery tear from the printing press, I believe. That's why I doubt we see a 9.9, but I keep praying!

It doesn't say it on the label, and I've never owned a raw to check.

I can't remember if it came out before or after the regular #1.

I'm pretty sure it came out around the same time as #2. I remember I was at a con when #2 came out that week and Fiona was there and she was selling RRP's that she had got from the weekend before. So maybe it came out between #1 and #2.

Nope. It was released late because of the date of the show, but it doesn't state 'second print' in the indicia.
