No, there isn't an area specifically devoted to restored books but they can still be listed.

If restored books aren't showing up often enough in sales threads to your liking, start a WTB thread and give some idea as to what you're looking for, i.e. genres, publishers, eras, characters, etc. I'm sure you'll get some decent responses.
