Action #10 in CGC 4.0 on eBay

$75K for an unrestored copy. Looks like it could be legit. But it seems rather high compared to past sales.

Someone else listed the same book a few weeks earlier for $60K and it went unsold. I doubt it actually sold for $75K a few weeks later.

That sounds closer to reality. Someone should alert George of the erroneous eBay sale.

I had a small window to buy it at 45K...agreed only to find out seller took a higher offer after we had agreed to price, using excuse "didn't see my message"...

sold through Comic Connect auction, the same book is in the current Heritage auction, should be interesting to see where it lands.

I guess so, I just remember it from the Comic Connect auction becuz it's got "Brittle pages" and is very recognizable from the corners that are flaking off.

If a 3.0 brittle sold for 30K, then 50K for that gorgeous 4.0 was a bargain.

That 3.0 was not worth 30 and I suspect it won't finish that high this time.
