9.6 IMHO! Some very minor spine tics, nothing serious. I can't imagine this book scoring lower.

Yeah I agree I do see two spine tics, but I like the chances at 9.6

This comic was supposed to be involved in a trade. Deal fell through because

I had it graded as a 9.4, and he thought it was an 8.5 or "9.0 max".

I see a small spot of discoloration under the newspaper along the spine on the back cover. Is it a light stain or something else?

I am seeing 5 spine tics on the front. I am more at 9.2/9.4. Seems like there might be some discoloration (yellowing) on the back, but I can't tell if that is just from the scanner or what.
