Rare 4-staple AF 15 variant?!?!?!?

This AF 15 has four staples, apparently.

 

Also, notice that the second speech balloon... in one photo, it's entirely on the front of the book, and in the other it wraps significantly around to the back.

 

Maybe this guy just has so many AF 15's he can't keep track of all the photos?

Wouldn't know if extra staples makes a book more rare? I have seen others with one staple, some even had 3 staples. Double covers - yep... but staples?
