So, I went to a local con and have been looking for a dd1. The book was advertised as a 3.5/4.0

It was for a decent price at that grade. PQ is OW. Upon further investigation the books centerfold is detached at the top staple but everything is else is tight no tape etc... lMK what you think gents. Any help is greatly appreciated (thumbs u

Btw would the book get a green label due to the top staple on the CF?
