PGM Avengers 57.... Interesting flaw

Picked this book up awhile ago. I bought it knowing of the flaw on the CF .

Looks to me like the book was printed and the CF got stuck while binding. The tear is textured... not ripped..

7.5 IMHO Qualified Green Label?!

 

Why would he request a green label for this book?

 

7.0 Universal

It wasn't a request it was a thought. I misread the description thinking the centrefold was almost or completely missing.

 

 

I'm thinking 7.5 still Universal grade!
