PGM: Amazing Spider-Man 678 Mary Jane Venom Variant

You can see the crease, it looks non-color breaking in person, on the front spine to the left of MJ's head. Follow it down and another one appears, this I think is a color break, but a smaller crease which will keep it from the 9.8.

 

I think after a press it will get a 9.6 with an outside chance at a 9.8, depending on the grader. What do you think?

Apparently if I sub this to PGX, it'll be a 9.8 *facepalm*. This one has the same type of crease mine does, only worse
