PGM Adventure Comics 260

I hear this one is heating up a bit. I've got a mid-grade copy I'd love to have some thoughts on. Some defects to point out:

 

Has a slight spine roll with fine color breaking creasing along the roll. Very slight dust shadow top right corner. A few additional various minor color breaks FC. Small chunk out on bottom right BC. (all the creasing seems to look worse in the scan that it does in hand)
