Seriously, have you tried Metro? If they don't have one I'd bet they could round up one for you. Probably for a stiff price but worth it if you want it bad enough.

I have bought many silver age/bronze age keys but only a couple of major keys such as this. Completely different kettle of fish. Will work on what you have all said and keep my fingers crossed
