The comic is from the U.S., but it was meant for distribution in the U.K. It's a pence copy.

 

Odd that it has the price (one shilling and sixpence) printed on the book and also a pence stamp.

It was a throw in freebie book from a dealer at the East Coast NJ con last month. I bought several books from him and he threw this in due to it's condition.
