ASM #28 sold as unrestored

Hi,

It looks obvious to me the marks of colour touch but it does not seep through. If this is not restored then I will be very surprised. Thoughts?

Yeah pretty weird selection of touch up, I reckon crayon but this is 100% restored no?

Well, technically I don't know if such an obvious and amateur job could actually be considered "restoration", but it would classify as such for grading purposes.

i was going to guess acrylic paint. it's already ruined. might as well just get a marker and/or more paint and make it "NM"

Yeah I got a refund interior pages are nice good for a read, slim pickings here in Aus so it still has got some value. I might give it the old art school special take it down from super amateur resto to regular old resto
