Just one book this morning. Origin of the Joker.

Super hot Detective 168 in CGC 4.0 with Slight Restoration.

(Bob Kane written on first page.)

 

Here is the label notes:

 

Restoration includes: tear seal, spine split sealed, glue on spine of cover. (""Bob Kane"" written on 1st page in marker.)

 

Book price $1925

Not a bad price :)

This is a copy that someone might want to think about removing the restoration.

LIke usual, I take Paypal, check, or MO.

Niiiiiice score. 

It’s not the grail I’ve been hunting. The only reason I ended up with the signed copy was because I previously owned a CGC 1.0 TEC #168 and wanted to upgrade from that.

It’s crazy to think this book was under $2000 back in 2015. This book has quadrupled in price since then and it’s a grail for many collectors.

I was surprised to find out this book was owned by so many people before me. I was curious to see where it originated from and Google led me here.

I used to have a scan of that first page also before slabbing. I'll look and see if I still have it.
