PGM Fantastic Four #77 - Help needed from as many as possible

Hi All

 

I need a consensus on this book. Overall a nice copy but with some defects.

 

FYI: It may be hard to see, especially on the lower, but there are impact creases on both spine corners that caused 2 creases on each; a smaller one that is around 1/4 inch and a larger one around 1/2 inch. On the upper, you can see the larger one right above the torch's hand.

A solid 7.5 IMO

Pressed for sure, corner bumps aren't that smooth naturally. The bottom staple tear and the rounded corners have me concerned. Would've been a 6.5-7.0 unaltered, 7.0-7.5 now

I can go 8.0

I'm at 8.0.

 

Feel this would certainly grade higher with a press/clean, might even hit the early 9's.

Clean/press might go to 8.0 IMO.

6.0 at best if sent to CGC... IMO, some way nicer looking books in the grading contest were only CGC 7.0

It’s not been pressed and I agree with a FNVF (7.0).

In the grading contexts occasionally there is some undergrading. CGC is different from Overstreet, we always have to take this into account, to some degree.

The impact marks on the corners I believe would put it in the 7.0 area
