Raggedy Ann and Andy 13, 1947

Nearly as nice as the last issue, and the staple's still attached, hurrah! Some sort of subtle miscut/misaligned thing going on here, I suspect if it were professionally pressed everything would align nicely again...I think.

Please note the small bug chew lower LH FC.

Asking $30

Okay! Last book for the evening, I have some PM's to take care of, and some scans to finish.

Back in the early AM with a PCH book or two, or maybe I'll mix it up and put up a couple PCH books instead!

Dudley Do-Right 1, 1970

A little out of the ordinary for this thread, but it fell into my lap at the same time as Lunatic Lowgrade Guy's last batch, so here it is.

And it's a beauty.

Flat, clean, square, tight, very glossy. Just a whiff of general wear, and that's about IT.

Offwhite pages, with a rock solid spine and CF. Tiny dogear upper LH BC

O'street VF is $52 take home a gorgeous copy for $45

And a sharp copy it is, too.

Touch of spine roll, a long NCB sub-type crease FC, and some general wear.

Small spot lower LH FC where there was something sticky at one time or another. Tight spine and CF, white pages.

$100 takes it home

Let's get started!

Journey Into Mystery 70, 1971

Hey look, another Sandman prototype!

Flat and square enough, but there's a split lower spine, pulled lower staple, chips out upper FC, plenty of general wear, and I suspect the RH edge of the FC has been trimmed. Oh, and a couple small pieces out upper BC.

(Stops to flex fingers)

So, who wants a nice looking reader for $35?
