Ever have a submission experience a delay in being entered?

I sent a sub to Sarasota, tracking shows delivered in the PO Box on the 24th of June. I waited a few days, and still no invoice in my submission tracking page. Normally submissions upload immediately to the page.

 

Anybody have this happen before?

---I would call them...Mine have always showed up within 2-3 days of delivery....The wait to get verified is another story for slow service tiers....

My submission experiences always feature a delayed entry.

 

Ask for them by name.

Never anything as long as what you have noted. So as others have said, a phone call is in order.

 

Books submitted at shows often have a significant delay before showing up online, My books submitted at C2E2 took almost two weeks. But that is not the case here.
