PGM Amazing Fantasy #15

I've got a thousands of old comics I inherited from my dad who was a big comic book fan when he was younger.

 

I was going through them the other day and found this. I wondered what grade it might be.

 

It's all intact. The inner pages are all there and the artwork still clear and crisp.

 

The bottom staple is a little lose around the cover and there are a few tears and marks around the edges of the cover. Not in the greatest condition but still decent.

Thanks for the input so far. Not the greatest grade thenn, but still a nice find.

 

Unfortunately this one was bought second had years ago and is one of the worst condition comics out of the whole lot.
