That´s a small chip missing above 1948 on the cover.

Wow, what a weird, cool book! I would guess 4.5 due to staining?

Don´t think anything can be done about the staining considering the type of paper used on the cover. (same as interior pages of golden age comics).

 

This said, I absolutely love this book!

It is a rare one for sure! Interesting is the title is Superman (in English). And that Flash is featured in the circle at top left not Hawkman. Probably not many that exist. Here is my more common US copy.
